Provisions have been made for those who do have high speed Internet access (i.e. ISDN, T1, Cable, DSL etc.) allowing those users to take advantage of that high speed connection in applying any MLS, Tracking, Tax or Picture updates to the ARIS data.

All agents have the ability to e-mail their clients real time Search Engine Links. Each time the customer revisits this link a new query is run against the database. All the MLS changes from the time of their last visit will be reflected in the results. This tool is as valuable to the agent as it is to the homebuyer. The agent is saved the time involved in printing fact sheets, faxing or mailing them off, and the expense in paying postage. The homebuyer has been given the ability to actively contribute to the search for his new home.

ARIS provides each agent with a custom home page, which maintains current active listings and photos. Linking to the custom page enables each agent to carry their current active listings dynamically on other sites free of charge and maintenance.

The ARIS-OS/DS user definable query and report module (MLS Hyper Grid), provides:
